Pumpkin Fluff Dip

I made this the other night for a small get together. It was really tasty and everyone loved it! Best part? It only took me about 5 minutes to whip up so I was able to use the rest of the time before everyone got here to actually straighten up my house!

Recipe from Kraft Food and Family, Fall 2013

Ingredients:
1 15 oz can pumpkin
1 3.4 oz package vanilla instant pudding mix
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 8 oz tub Cool Whip
Vanilla wafers (for dipping, can also use crackers or pretzels)

Directions:
Mix together pumpkin, vanilla pudding mix, and pumpkin pie spice until well blended. Stir in thawed cool whip to combine. Refrigerate for about one hour before serving.

This is delicious! It is the perfect fall dessert! Next time I make this, I’m going to try serving it in a pumpkin (the picture in Kraft’s magazine has it served in a little pumpkin and it looks adorable!). This is something quick and easy for a last minute dinner dessert or to bring to a fall party. I know I’ll be making this again! Let me know if you get a chance to try it!
