The early morning light and the last light of day are my favorite times of day. Usually, right before sunset isn’t the best time for photos (the golden hour is the hour before sunset and that is a beautiful time for photos)- it was getting a little too dark for these but I love how they turned out! It also didn’t hurt that our backdrop was a beautiful nursery 😉 I wasn’t thrilled about my outfit choice that night as I wanted to wear something a little more colorful but, as usual, I was running late and threw this on at the last minute and it ended up being perfect for this setting! Sometimes getting ready at the last minute does work out well!

I’ve been really into floral prints for fall (and summer, and always…)! Even though these flats look like spring and summer, I’m planning on wearing them with some fall colors to lighten things up a bit. They’ll be really cute with a bright or even neutral sweater & skinny jeans!
