Clean Beauty + Beauty Counter Sale Picks

Vitamin C Serum, Color Intense Lipstick, Sunscreen, Brow Gel, Charcoal Face Mask, Lipstick, Ultra Renewal Eye Cream, Kids Bath Set, Overnight Resurfacing Peel, Dew Skin

If you’ve been reading my blog for any amount of time or follow me on Instagram, then you know I’m all about moving towards a more sustainable life whether it be finding the best, affordable, clean beauty products, clothes, or products to use in my home, so this week I decided to become a consultant for Beauty Counter. I’ve actually been using their products for a few years now (I use their Dew Skin, tinted moisturizer with SPF, pretty religiously and have tried a bunch of other products, too) so I figured why not take the next step. While I don’t plan to use only Beauty Counter products and will continue to share all of the beauty products I use and love, I do use almost entirely clean beauty products whether it be for skin care, makeup, or hair care, and I’m excited to try a lot more of the super clean products that Beauty Counter has to offer!

From everything I’ve read, I would (and do) spend my money on the best, clean products I can afford that are going to either stay on my skin the longest or are going to make the most impact on my skin. So, while I have upgraded my face wash (I currently use this one from Indie Lee and am planning on ordering this Beauty Counter one for clear skin), I would rank that below purchasing a good quality serum (I’d choose one with Vitamin C like this one), cream (I want to order this eye cream– it has Bakuchiol in it, a natural alternative to Retinol, that I’ve been wanting to try for months but this eye cream looks great, too!), or a good resurfacing facial peel like this one (I use this exfoliating scrub from Acure a few times a week and it’s under $20 but it doesn’t replace a peel). I do want to upgrade my moisturizer, too (I would go for this everyday one or this one with SPF but I also want to try SuperGoop), but as I’d rather get a few of the other items on my list and think serums and creams are the most important places to spend your money, I’ll probably continue to use a less expensive (but still good) clean one like Skin Food from Weleda.

I tend to mix and match a lot of beauty products but I know my own skin (and can only speak from my own experience with my own skin). If you are someone who typically likes a routine or are looking for (and can afford) a full regimen (and are interested in an anti-aging regimen or have dry skin), try the Countertime regimen (this one includes the eye cream). As a general rule, remember to apply skincare products from thinnest to thickest!

If you’re interested in any of these products, today is the last day to take advantage of Beauty Counter’s 15% off sale! Use my link or enter my name, Brittany Monroe, as your consultant and let me know if you placed an order so I can follow up with you! Also, I’d be happy to place an order for you and just send an invoice via Venmo or Paypal- just let me know!Have a great day, guys! Thanks so much for reading. Your support means a lot to me (everything, really, as I couldn’t write this blog without you!)!

Sincerely, Britt
